Welcome to DoorstepStitch. By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Service Scope

DoorstepStitch provides home tailoring services, including stitching, alterations, and custom design, subject to availability in your location.

Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for being available at the scheduled time for measurements, trials, and delivery.

Measurements & Fittings

  • Measurements are taken by our tailor during the home visit.
  • One trial is provided (if required). Additional trials may involve extra charges.
  • We are not liable for incorrect fit if the customer provides measurements themselves.

Payments

  • Charges will be informed before starting the work.
  • Full payment must be made upon delivery of the stitched garment.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other accepted methods.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Once stitching work has begun, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Refunds are not provided for custom-stitched garments.
  • Alterations (if required) are free only once per order; further changes may be chargeable.

Fabric & Material Responsibility

  • Customers must provide their own fabric and accessories (laces, buttons, zips, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
  • DoorstepStitch is not responsible for fabric quality, shrinkage, or color bleeding after stitching.

Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time will be communicated during booking.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, emergencies) will be informed in advance.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the latest version.
